Great Neighborhoods in San Diego

Looking into buying your little piece or BIG piece of property in San Diego?  Here is a look at a couple of great neighborhoods to suit your needs.

Top 10 San Diego (Eyewitness Top 10 Travel Guides)

First to our list is Mission Hills.   One of my preffered places in the city is full of salons, boutiques, coffee shops, and real estate agencies.  It is one of the most sought out places to live.  The properties here are like right out of a movie!  Perfect manicured lawns and houses most would die to live in.  People who reside here include wealthy baby boomers, young upcoming professionals, gay couples and simply the wealthy! A variety of people with simply great taste, if you ask me!

Next is The Gaslamp District.  Known for over 100 bars, nightclubs, and restaurants , there is a little more than meets the eye.  There is the world famous Convention center, Sea Port Village and it is full of high rise buildings that are just as beautiful as they are tall.  Admist all the concrete you can find some beautiful parks as well.  Urban living at it's best!

Last to the list is La Jolla.  (jewel) And a jewel it is.  With its ocean front restaurants, parks, coffee shops and wonderful shopping venues that include, let's go, Armani Exchange, Saks, and Banana Republic to name a few.  Homes here are an absolute paradise!  You need to visit to appreciate.

So before you go out and start shopping for your new home in San Diego make sure to call a mortgage lender get approved and drive by all the wonderful areas in San Diego.  Then call your real estate agent and give them your list of your dream neighborhoods.
